Claudia Brücken takes to the stage on 21st August at Henley-on-Thames as special guest of the British Electric Foundation. This will be her Rewind debut.
British Electric Foundation were formed in 1980, the brainchild of Martyn Ware (The Human League and Heaven 17). The group showcases a variety of different musical artists performing classic songs with an electronic slant. He has assembled a stellar line-up featuring the full Heaven 17 band performing songs made famous by the stars themselves and cover versions in the inimitable BEF electronic pop style – featuring Lotus Eaters, Claudia Brücken, Thomas Dolby, Heaven 17’s Glenn Gregory, Mari Wilson, Jaki Graham, The Noisettes’ Shingai Shoniwa, Joy Division’s Peter Hook and The Farm’s Peter Hooton.
